Trillium Ford supports the local foodbank – On Wednesday November 22, Pam Church of the Shelburne Foodbank (SFB) collected funds raised during Trillium Ford Lincoln Shelburne’s first annual Agricultural Appreciation Night, held October 20th at the dealership. Monies raised, an amazing $345, will be used to provide food vouchers for bread, milk and fresh produce to residents in need, as the SFB operates a small space within Dufferin Oaks and cannot stock a lot of food at any one time. Roughly $1500 a month is needed to support families and individuals using the Shelburne Foodbank, as such they are always in need of school snacks. “It’s amazing how generous this community is,” said Church on Trillium’s donation. “We are very blessed.” If you are looking to support the Food Bank this holiday season, donations can be made at PACE Credit Union in Shelburne at anytime.
