OPP NAB TW0 STUNT DRIVERS IN MONO
(Mono, ON) – On Monday May 7, 2018 Dufferin OPP were conducting speed enforcement on Airport road near 30th side road in the Town of Mono.
Police clocked two vehicles traveling at a high rate of speed. The first vehicle was clocked at 136 km per hour in a posted 80 km per hour zone. The second vehicle was clocked at 155 kms per your by police. Police initiated two separate traffic stops. As result of police investigation Police have charged a 51 year old male driver from Everett, Ontario and 59 year old female driver from Oakville with racing excessive speed. Both of their driver’s licenses were suspended for 7 days and their vehicles were impounded for 7 days. They will appear in Ontario Court of Justice in Orangeville at a later date to answer to the charge.
