A massive green space, equipped with parking, RV dumping station, Pole Barn, washrooms, kitchen, electricity, replacement site has not been established.
Shelburne has long been working towards attracting more businesses and jobs but has remained a bedroom community to date even with incredible growth making Shelburne one of the fastest growing communities in the province.
Shelburne Town Council announced their unanimous vote to consider the proposed sale Of Shelburne’s Historic Fiddle Park May 14, 2018, deeming the green space surplus land.
Housing Developer, Tribute Communities, was revealed to the public on May 28, 2018.
Council recieved written comments until June 1, 2018 at 2.pm
Next Council meeting held on June 4, 2018,Council will take the proposal to a vote during that meeting.
